It covers the website only; personal data you provide to us in the course of notarial services is governed separately by our professional and legal obligations as Notaries Public of Malta.

When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide, and a telephone number if you choose to give one. Our hosting and anti-spam providers may also process limited technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the site securely.

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to take steps at your request before any engagement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to protect the site from abuse (our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiry messages only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any matter arising from it, after which they are deleted.
